Who is behind it?

I'm Daniel Gueli, a double bass player in Amsterdam, half Dutch and half Italian. Gypsy jazz is my life — and more than 25,000 people now watch my Gypsy Jazz Channel on YouTube.

Besides playing, I'm building Gypsy Jazz Hub, a place for the whole community: jam sessions, musicians, concerts and festivals. For it, I made an alert system for musicians and fans. A friend from that same scene came to me. He was fed up with searching for a home: every week the same sites again, hours lost, and running into the same ads over and over because he had long forgotten what he'd already seen. It frustrated him enormously. He asked if I could build the same thing for rental homes.

We went to see whether something like it already existed — and were shocked by the price: 50 cents a day!! We charge 12 euros a year, one euro a month. Because I had already covered all the development costs for Gypsy Jazz Hub, I can offer this at a much better price. For students we also made a separate site, RoomDeadline, where you pay one euro, once.

I hope I've made your life a little easier.
Regards, Daniel
